issue in datapump expdp, my problem happens when I do the export, it starts with one and when it ends it ends with another one that is lower than the one it started with, the timezone of the database is fine and I don't understand why that change happens, this is a 19c database and it has PDBs which are related

Thank you so much for reuploading the images. It's possible that there's a flaw with the 19.11.0.0.0 database version; these types of issues are addressed in subsequent patch versions.
